Inside the Gilded Chambers, farm the tall elites in the area until you have collected 3 Crimson King Coins. Then, enter the chambers of the Crimson King at the end of the area and give him the coins. He will take the coins and kill you before leaving. Don’t worry, this is part of the process. This dungeon was odd, the first room is a "scan" room. You get closed in and get hit with "Curse of the Citadel" which constantly drains your health, you get health by killing enemies in the area.
