Kodi developers have zero interest in supporting LG's WebOS. Source: forum.kodi.tv. Because Kodi developers clearly aren't interested in rewriting Kodi for WebOS at all, the best way to get Kodi on your LG Smart TV is via some type of Kodi box. Or, you can cast Kodi from your phone to WebOS via Share Screen.
The kodi 19.3 didn't work but kept on til I got here and I was able to download the fandango one using the download app on my tv and BAM! It worked!!! Thank you so much giladg for your awesome help. I was so ecstatic that I wanted to donate to them for their awesome work. I can confirm that the fandango worked on Sony x85j using only the tv.

The LG C8 OLED TV is much better than the 2017 Samsung Q9F. The LG C8 has perfect dark room performance thanks to the infinite contrast and perfect black uniformity, as well as the perfect local dimming feature. The C8 has a much wider viewing angle and excellent gray uniformity, great for sports fans with wide seating areas.
