Hi, I may be a little late with my reply but we have just returned from Como, the best option is to take the Malpensa Express from the airport, this is downstairs on the bottom floor, terminal one off the top of my head, get your tickets from the desk, they are about 15 - 20 euros for the whole journey to Como, they speak good English, ask for a ticket to Como Nord Lago station via Saronno
